Short-Term Contract Opportunity

This is a short-term contract opportunity (1–2 weeks, based on client needs)

Position: DFIR / Digital Forensics & Incident Response Analyst

Remote Role Duration: 1 to 2 Weeks with Possible Extension as per the client need

Focus: Combining forensic investigation with active incident response

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate cybersecurity incidents from initial detection through remediation
• Perform endpoint and server forensic analysis
• Collect and preserve evidence from compromised systems
• Analyse logs, network traffic, malware, and endpoint activity
• Identify attack vectors, persistence mechanisms, and indicators of compromise
• Develop incident timelines and root-cause analysis
• Coordinate containment, eradication, and recovery activities

Key Skills:

• SIEM: Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar
• EDR: CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne
• Wireshark, Volatility, FTK / EnCase / Magnet AXIOM
• MITRE Telecommunication&CK, Python/PowerShell, Windows/Linux
